I also understand that returning products you bought online can be a hassle, so I've done my best to make it super simple for you.
If you want to return a product for any reason, that's cool. We do accept almost all returns - just read the terms below.
- All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in the same condition that you received them.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear and intimate products.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund less AUD 5. This is to cover the original postage cost (includes orders that received free shipping).
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning your products. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Make sure your products meet the conditions stated in our terms.
- Fill in the order return form and let us know which items you wish to return.
- We will email you further instructions on shipping us your products.
- Upon arrival, I will inspect all products to ensure they meet the requirements stated in our terms.
- If accepted, the total amount paid (less AUD 5) will be refunded to you through the original method of payment.
