I receive new stock from clients on a regular basis, so new products will be added to the store weekly or monthly.

Most of our products are one off's, meaning there is only 1 of each product available.

If you want first picks on new products, become a member so I can let you know when products go live!

Possibly not. Almost all of our products are sold on consignment for clients, so we only have one of each item. 

The size stated in the product description is the only size we have available.

To prevent any nasty surprises, I do my best to provide entirely accurate product descriptions and close up photos of any imperfections.

Most of our products are second-hand or vintage so naturally, there may be some signs of wear. While I strive to display every tiny fault, it is possible that occasionally I might miss some minor details.

Yes our site is priced in AUD by default. You can change the currency in the top right of every page.

Yes, prices include GST and taxes for all orders within Australia.

For international orders, your country's customs may have extra taxes and duties once the parcel reaches its destination port. 

These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not reimburse any of these charges.

We accept credit cards (including Visa, Master Card, American Express) and PayPal.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email after the order is completed.

Make sure to check your junk or spam folders just in case.

Your delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been shipped.

To change your delivery address, you can contact us directly at ~ support@cypressandfox.com

Most parcels will be left at unattended at your delivery address unless the driver feels it is unsafe.

In this case, they will leave you a note for you to collect the parcel from your local post office or parcel pick up point.

Unfortunately we do not exchange products at this time, however you may send your product back for a refund.
